Substitutions

• Floral items may be substituted due to seasonal availability or supply.

• Substitutions will match your collection’s style and color palette.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After 48 hours, cancellations may incur a fee.

• Orders canceled within 30 days of the wedding date may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery & Pickup

• Pickup details will be discussed and confirmed in the post-booking process.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

Product Care

• Once flowers are delivered or picked up, care responsibility transfers to the customer.

• We are not liable for damage due to improper handling, storage, weather, or venue conditions.
