During checkout, you’ll select your collection preferences to keep things simple. Once your cart is complete, your wedding date is secured.
We only take a limited number of weddings per day to ensure quality and consistency, so dates are first-come, first-served.

After you’ve booked, we’ll connect via email or phone to review your selections and gather inspiration photos. This helps us fully understand your wedding vision so we can bring it to life exactly as you imagined.

Your florals will be ready for pickup the day before your wedding during our regular store hours.
All designs will be fully prepared and ready to enjoy — simply pick them up, transport them safely, and let them shine on your wedding day.

Important dates & policy

Certain items include vessels (vases, containers, etc.) that are yours to keep when purchased. If you’d like to return any vessels in great condition, you may do so within 5 days after your wedding for a partial refund. Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected.
Silk floral rentals must also be returned within 5 days after your wedding.

Bookings can be made up to 3 weeks before your wedding, though we recommend at least 3–5 months in advance to ensure availability.
Final payment is due 1 month prior to your wedding.
Payment plans are available at checkout.
No minimum floral purchase required.

Cancellations are accepted up to 1 month before your wedding for a partial refund.
For bookings made within 3 months of your wedding, orders are final and major changes cannot be accommodated.

We do not accept wedding bookings on or near certain holidays vital to flower production, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
