Step 1: Explore the collections

Browse our curated wedding flower collections and color palettes. Each collection is professionally designed to create a cohesive look for your bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, ceremony flowers, and reception florals — all styled to complement your wedding aesthetic.

Step 2: Build Your Floral Order

Visit our online shop to customize your wedding flower order:

  • Select the wedding floral pieces you need (bridal bouquet, boutonnières, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, etc.)

  • Choose your preferred size or price tier (when applicable)

  • Add everything to your cart

Our streamlined process makes ordering wedding flowers online simple and transparent.

Step 3: Checkout & Secure Your Date

At checkout, you’ll confirm your wedding date and collection preference. Once your order is placed, your wedding florals are officially reserved.

We accept a limited number of weddings per day to ensure quality, consistency, and personalized attention. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step 4: POst-booking coordination

After booking, we’ll connect with you via email or phone to review your floral selections and gather inspiration photos. This helps us refine every piece you’ve chosen so the overall look feels cohesive and thoughtfully aligned with your wedding vision.

Step 5: Pickup & Celebrate!

Your wedding flowers will be professionally designed and ready for pickup the day before your wedding during regular store hours.

All arrangements will be fully prepared and wedding-ready — simply transport them safely and let your florals shine on your big day.

Vessel & Rental Policy

Some wedding floral items include vases, containers, or specialty vessels that are yours to keep with purchase.

Vessels may be returned within 5 days after your wedding date for a partial refund if returned in excellent condition. Refunds will be processed after inspection of all returned items.

All silk floral rentals must be returned within 5 days after your wedding date. Late or damaged returns may result in additional fees.

  • Our three main bouquet styles — The Showpiece, The Signature, and The Petite — primarily differ in size and stem count.

    • The Showpiece is our largest, most abundant bouquet. It makes a stunning statement and is perfect for brides wanting a full, luxurious look.

    • The Signature is our classic, well-balanced option. It offers beautiful fullness without being oversized.

    • The Petite is our smallest bouquet. It’s delicate, refined, and ideal for bridesmaids or brides wanting something lighter and more understated.

    All three bouquets are designed within your selected color collection, so the overall look stays cohesive — the main difference is scale and flower selection.

    As you move up in price point, you’ll see more premium and luxury blooms included in the design. Lower price points still reflect your chosen palette, but feature more budget-friendly flowers within that same aesthetic.

    The best part? Any of these bouquets can work beautifully for either the bride or bridesmaids — it simply depends on the look and impact you want.

  • Our process is simple and straightforward.
    You’ll browse our floral collections, choose the pieces you need (bouquets, personals, ceremony florals, reception arrangements, etc.), and check out directly on our website. During the checkout process, you will note the collection you’ve selected.

    Everything we offer is listed online — no consultations required. This allows you to confidently build your wedding florals on your own timeline.

  • We offer two options:

    • The Floratory Wedding — our streamlined, online ordering experience with curated color collections and set designs.

    • Custom Weddings — a fully customized floral experience with a $5,000 minimum.

    If you’re looking for something completely outside of our listed collections, our Custom Wedding option may be the best fit.

  • Each wedding collection is thoughtfully designed around a curated color palette. When you choose a collection, all of your selected floral pieces will be designed within that palette for a cohesive, elevated look.

    While exact flower varieties may vary based on season and availability, your overall color story and aesthetic will remain consistent.

  • To maintain a cohesive and polished design, all items within an order must come from the same color collection. This ensures your florals look intentional and beautifully coordinated from ceremony to reception.

  • Our inspiration photos reflect the overall style, shape, and color story of each collection. Because flowers are natural and seasonal, specific blooms may vary slightly.

    If substitutions are needed, we always replace them with flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the design and palette.

  • Delivery is not available for The Floratory Wedding collection.

    All florals must be picked up at our store location on your scheduled date and time. Your arrangements will be fully designed, packaged securely, and ready for transport.

    If you’re looking for full-service delivery and on-site setup, our Custom Wedding option may be the better fit.

  • Yes! Our team will have your floral items carefully packed in secure, transportable boxes to make pickup simple and stress-free. We’ll also assist you during pickup and make sure everything is safely placed in your vehicle before you leave.
